Data processing notice

The purpose of this data processing notice (hereinafter as: Notice or data processing notice) is to provide information on the data processing practices followed and applied by Dunakeszi Járműjavító Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (2120 Dunakeszi, Állomás sétány 19., hereinafter as: Company).

The Company shall be bound by this Notice, as well as the content thereof, and shall respect the privacy of the natural persons (job seekers, employees, users etc., hereinafter collectively as ‘User(s)’) using the services (hereinafter as ‘Service’ or ‘Services’) of the www.djj.hu website (hereinafter as ‘Website’) in any manner.

The Company states that data processing operations related to its activities comply with the provisions of this data processing notice and the applicable regulations (including, in particular, Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and the Freedom of Information, hereinafter as ‘Information Act’) and of the General Data Processing Regulation (GDPR) taking effect on 25 May 2018.

This Notice is available on the Website at all times.

The Company is dedicated to protecting the personal data of the Users and regards the Users’ informational self-determination as highly important. The Company treats personal data as confidential and implements every security, technical and organizational measure that serves the security of the data.

By accepting this Notice and/or, in exceptional cases, by using the Website, and through conduct (by applying at the toborzas@djj.hu, munka@djj.hu, info@djj.hu e-mail addresses from the User’s own mailing system, or in the case of a postal or personal application), the User grants his/her voluntary consent for the Company to process his/her personal data in relation to the use of any of the Services, in accordance with and in compliance with the contents of this Notice which User unconditionally accepts.

By using the Service, User confirms his/her consent to this end.

When browsing the Website and using the Service(s), the User also provides data. The User, with his/her consent(s) provided when visiting the Website, and by using, initiating the use of, ordering the Service(s), or a part of the Service(s), agrees and accepts to provide, and consents to the provision of, data to the Company. At the same time, User acknowledges (accepts and consents to) the fact that certain personal data are necessary to be provided to visit certain sections of the Website and to use certain Services, and User shall provide such data voluntarily.

Certain elements, functions of the Website, Service(s) will only be available for the Users after registration or log-in. By deciding to not provide the requested personal data, the User also acknowledges and accepts that he/she will not have access to certain sections of the Website, certain Services, or certain elements of the Services.

The Company processes data based on Users’ voluntary and express consent based on preliminary information and also based on statutory regulations. Please be advised that we recommend and request that the Website and the Services be used only by persons above the age of 16.

The legal representative may grant consent on behalf of minors under the age of 14 and on behalf of Users without a legal capacity, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

Minors above the age of 14 but under the age of 16, or persons otherwise with a limited legal capacity, may give consent to the processing of their data only with the consent or subsequent approval of their legal representative.

Users who are minors above the age of 16 may give their consent independently, the consent or subsequent approval of their legal representative is not necessary for their consent to have legal effect.

The Company has no means to verify the entitlement of the person providing the consent or to verify the content of the declaration made by the legal representative, therefore the User, or his/her legal representative, shall warrant that the consent is in compliance with the law. If the Service is used, the Company will deem the consent of the legal representative to have been properly given.

Users will use the Website and certain Services to seek employment for themselves. In other cases, the User warrants that she/he has lawfully obtained the data subject’s consent for the processing of the personal data provided, or made available, during the use of the Service (e.g., sending the content of the website, publishing User-generated content etc.) concerning third natural persons. The User shall be responsible for the user content shared by the User. The User shall have sole responsibility for the truthfulness and accuracy of personal data. Service Provider shall not accept, and expressly exclude, any responsibility for the deficiencies of data transmissions, or for any consequences resulting from incorrectly provided data.

In the meaning of this Notice, an application shall mean all of the data provided by the User during the application for a certain position, including the attached Curriculum Vitae, covering letter, other documents and the content thereof.

Curriculum Vitae in this Notice shall mean the curriculum vitae and cover letter of the User, as well as the User’s attached, uploaded references and other documents, and the entire content thereof.

The Company reserves the right to modify or delete any content, designation, access of the Website at any time without prior notice or to modify the appearance, content, theme or functioning thereof. Such changes shall not affect the purpose of the data processing operations listed herein or the consent to processing.

In the case of any data processing activity, once data has been deleted by the Company or the User, the Company will no longer process and will delete such data from its database. The terms and phrases used in this data processing notice shall have the same meaning as the terms and phrases included in the terms and definitions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) taking effect on 25 May 2018.

If the User, following his/her voluntary application, decides to exercise his/her ‘right to be forgotten’ provided for in statutory regulations, he/she may request to obtain the deletion of his/her data by sending an email to munka@djj.hu. The data will be deleted within three working days of the receipt of the request and we will send a notice of the deletion in an electronic form in a reply email.

How long we store personal data
